Anheuser-Busch is bringing back their limited-edition beer cans that feature a corn motif, as well as starting a new campaign that will bring funds to Kansas farmers in need.

A portion of sales from the corn-logoed beer will go toward non-profit Farm Rescue, which brings in volunteer farmers from across the country to help farmers and ranchers who are ill, temporarily disabled or have suffered a tragic loss. The volunteers bale, cut, plant or feed - dependent on what needs to be done.

Busch has partnered with Farm Rescue since 2019. Until last year, the group served the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana and Nebraska. With Busch's monetary backing and initiative, the group expanded into Kansas.

The corn-logoed beer will remain in stores through July 4. The company expects to donate $100,000 to this non-profit in conjunction with this campaign.

New this year is a campaign to boost both Farm Rescue awareness and put dollars to good use on the farm.

Farmers in Kansas can apply at https://www.busch.com/barns to have their barn painted with the campaign design. If selected, Busch will pay them $5,000 to display a customized #ForTheFarmers ad on their structure. Farmers can also apply to have their sheds or other free-standing farm structures painted.

"We recognize the role our brand can play in helping these farms, and by redirecting a portion of our advertising budget into this community - who are often made up of our very own loyal fans, we’re able to benefit farmers directly," said Daniel Blake, group vice president, Budweiser & Value at Anheuser-Busch.

The corn used in this beer comes from farms in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Tennessee and Wisconsin. The beer also contains hops, barley and grains, which the company purchases from farmers across the nation.

"We’ve had long-standing relationships with all our partner farms and are proud to work with a variety nationwide," Blake said.
