CANBERRA, Feb 11 (Reuters) - U.S. corn futures fell 1.5% on Thursday as the cancellation of a large export order from the United States stoked demand concerns, pushing prices to a more than two-week low.

FUNDAMENTALS

* The most-active corn futures on the Chicago Board Of Trade were down 1.5% at $5.26-1/2 a bushel by 0151 GMT, the lowest since Jan. 26. Corn closed 3.9% lower on Wednesday.

* The most-active soybean futures fell 0.9% to $13.42 a bushel, after finishing down 3.4% in the previous session.

* The most-active wheat futures were down 0.5% at $6.32-1/4 a bushel, after ending 2.2% lower on Wednesday.

* The U.S. Agriculture Department announced that unknown buyers cancelled an export deal for 132,000 tonnes of U.S. corn.

* The advancing soy harvest in South America added pressure, with traders saying U.S. exporters will finally have some competition as crops from Brazil and Argentina hit the market.

MARKET NEWS

* The dollar was pinned near two-week lows, as softer-than-expected U.S. inflation and another Federal Reserve promise to keep interest rates low reinforced expectations of meagre returns from the reserve currency.

* Stocks were flat in early trading in Asia as investors kept tapping the brakes on runs in asset prices after taking in tepid U.S. inflation data and comments from the Federal Reserve chief affirming the outlook for a slow recovery.
