The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in November downgraded the forecast for the export of Ukrainian corn in the 2020/2021 agricultural year (July-June) by 8 million tonnes compared to the October forecast, to 22.5 million tonnes due to a decrease in its harvest by 8 million tonnes, to 28.5 million tonnes.
According to the department’s report published in November, wheat exports from Ukraine and the harvest this month were not revised and are projected at 17.5 million tonnes and 25.5 million tonnes, respectively.
