This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Corn continues to create a buzz as traders see new highs overnight. Let’s check in with Scott Shellady with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day dn 7, to finish at 622 ¾. Dec. Corn up 2 ½, to close at 416 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were dn 9 ½, to settle at 560 ¼.
Portland prices for Club Wheat were Unch, closing at 6-20. Portland Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for Jan. were dn 9, ranging from 7-13 to 7-18. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for Jan. ended the day Unch, ranging from 5-90 to 6-30. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Jan. were up 8 ½, ranging from 7-07 ¾ to 7-17 ¾.
Live Cattle for Dec. were dn $1.10, closing at 103.47 ½. Jan. Feeder cattle were dn $.87 ½, to finish the day at 126.20. Nov. Class III milk was up $.53, at 21.44.
